1. Hiring Charges

1.1 Provisional reservations will be held for 1 day before the security deposit is due. If a deposit is not paid during that time, the date will become available again.
1.2 Reservations are confirmed once a security deposit has been received.
1.3 the security deposit will be used as part of the payment of the total value of the event unless it is necessary to use it to cover some cost for damage to the equipment.
1.4 Full balance can be paid on the day of the event before or after, keep in mind that the number of guests or any extra must be confirmed 7 days before the event, after this time no changes can be made.
1.5 We do our best to arrive at the agreed time. But, please know that delays, accidents on the road, traffic, closed streets, etc. occur. We promise to reach out to you and be there as soon as we can!
1.6 All prices are subject to change. The prices indicated at the time of booking will be respected.

2.1 Reservations can be changed up to 7 days before the original date and must be mutual between the client and sparty. This is subject to the availability of dates already booked.
2.2 Reservations canceled before 7 days of the party date will result in the loss of the security deposit.
2.3 For reservations canceled within 7 days of the party, sparty will charge the renter 50% of their total package price.

3.1 The tenant must be present at the agreed time to begin with the adaptation of the space both at the time of arrival and departure.
3.2 The renter is responsible for ensuring adequate indoor or outdoor space. The space required is to ensure the safety of children moving in and around the area.
3.3 Sparty will not refund all or part of the money paid in the event that adequate space is not available to set up the equipment.
3.4 The tenant must ensure that the spa area is free of furniture before our arrival and is clean (free of dirt and dust). The area should be ready for the party to set up and design. Sparty is not responsible for the removal of furniture to allow for party setup. Any delay in start time due to this will result in a waiting fee being charged.
3.5 The lessee is responsible for all equipment while it is in the lessee’s care.

4.1 Any damage to the equipment will result in additional charges. This includes stains on carpets, tablecloths, robes, and cushions.
4.2 Cost to replace damaged, stained, or missing items as follows:

4.3 Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the spa accessories and equipment, as this creates a fire hazard and also for health reasons. If this were to happen, all equipment will need to be professionally cleaned and will result in additional fees.
4.4 We kindly ask that pets are kept away from the equipment at all times.

5.1 It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that children are properly supervised at all times during the party. The renter is responsible for the care and safety of all children at the party.
5.2 sparty is not responsible for the care and safety of children and cannot be held responsible for any injury caused to a child during the party.
5.3 sparty is not responsible for damage to the house or tenants’ possessions while hosting a party.
5.4 It is the responsibility of the renters to inform the guests in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

6.1 Please let us know in advance if a child has an allergy to a particular laundry soap so we can discuss options with you.
6.2 It is the renter’s responsibility to notify us of any skin allergies when booking our spa package.
6.3 sparty is not responsible for any allergic reaction to spa products.
6.4 We use quality products and follow strict hygiene routines.

6.1 We reserve the right to use the material collected during the event such as photographs and videos on our social networks, promotional publications, marketing materials and on our website, however we are committed to guaranteeing the privacy and security of everyone by avoiding any type of sensitive publication. In addition, by contracting our services, you also give us your consent for the processing of personal data. Please note that your security is our top priority, and therefore, we implement measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and/or improper use.
